What This Invoice Generator Does

  • Editable everything: business name, logo, client address, line items, column headers and accent colour are all click-to-edit.
  • Currency columns: record an amount, a rate, and get the converted amount calculated automatically — see the note below on how this works.
  • Logo and signature: both are embedded directly from your device — no upload.
  • Save and resume: download your invoice as a .json file and load it again later to keep editing.

The exchange rate is not fetched automatically

The Exchange rate column is a number you type in yourself — it does not call any live currency API. The Amount (target currency) column is simply Amount × Rate, calculated instantly as you type. This is meant for invoicing when you already know or have agreed the rate with your client, not for looking up today's market rate.

How to Create an Invoice Online

  • Step 1 — Business details. Add your business name, subtitle and logo at the top left. Use + Add Field for extra details like a PAN number or address.
  • Step 2 — Client and dates. Fill in the To: address, invoice number, invoice date and expiration date.
  • Step 3 — Line items. Click + Row for each item. Amount and Exchange rate multiply automatically into the target-currency column.
  • Step 4 — Extra columns (optional). Click + Col to add a column for something like a reference number or category.
  • Step 5 — Sign and export. Add your signature image, fill in who authorised the invoice, then click Download PDF.

Extra columns are not included in the Total

The + Col button adds a plain text column for extra information — it is not summed into the Total. The Total always adds up Amount × Rate from the built-in currency columns only. If you need a column that affects the total (like a discount or tax line), adjust the Amount or Rate values directly instead.
